Hi Ladies! This group is designed to put together women who love to surf or even who would love to learn to surf and love yoga AND would love to travel the world with some really cool women. We are going to be presenting organized trips for you to go on, we will put together trips that you would love to create, and we will have tons of fun doing it! We live in a great city and it's our duty to enjoy the beach and play soccer, football, volleyball, frizbee, and all other beach friendly sports. For a great cardiovascular workout, there is nothing like running your feet through the sand. It builds your core, imporves balance, and you get a nice tan after you're done.
